Initially she was representing a seller on a property we had interest in and was so helpful and genuine that we and the seller agreed to have her represent both sides of the transaction. Throughout that process Teri was extremely informative, prompt, and maintained the utmost integrity in her role as transaction representative (vs. buyer or seller specific broker). She was available at all hours, provided every piece of information we asked for, helped us find very good local providers for financing, inspection and electrical repair of the property we ended up buying, and was VERY knowledgeable about both the area and real estate market in the area. All mechanics of the transaction came off without a hitch, we closed on time, and we couldn't be happier with the result... a property we love acquired with relative ease!
